Hi bage is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is completely prohibited. Age verification is mandatory at registration and prior to any withdrawal.

• Collusion or Group Betting: Attempting to defraud the platform by colluding across multiple accounts or with other users to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic attempts to profit risk-free by exploiting bonus offers.
• Use of Software or Bots: Placing bets or playing games using automated software.
• Fraudulent Information: Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting unauthorized access to hi bage's systems.

Account Suspension & Closure

Hi bage reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

Reasons for Account Closure

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• If false or incomplete information is found during KYC verification.
• Extended period of inactivity (typically 12 months).
• At the member's own request.
• Upon a self-exclusion request as part of our responsible gaming policy.

Inactive Account Policy
